343 Main Street is a mixed-use /medical office redevelopment project in Great Barrington Massachusetts that will convert a former auto dealership into a Sustainable Food Lab and Community Health and Wellness Center. The project will feature a downtown Apothecary, a Culinary Arts Training Center and Berkshire Community College Adult Learning Program (ALP).
